Greetings everyone! I have lurked long enough. I've been visiting nerdfitness for a few years and became a member for just over a year. This is my first post but I am always up to date with the blog. I learned so much from nerdfitness at the beginning of my fitness journey. I have recently hit a plateau (the last year or so almost!) but have re spawned in the last two months. I've never been so serious about my health and fitness. The only thing standing in my way is me and I'm moving beyond my comfort zone and making a difference! I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself and say thanks. Thanks to the nerdfitness site and to this community whose posts I read and gain inspiration. Thought it was about time to contribute as well. Love and Light everyone!
