Hi all. Currently hailing from Ohio. I've been getting back into fitness the past two years after going through the better part of a decade being sedentary. Last year I trained for and completed a Tough Mudder, but holding on to those gains has been difficult. I also have three kids under 6, so while my wife and I are always occupied, we're not as active as we could be.

My current fitness goals are to run a 5k in less than 25 minutes, run a mile and a half in 10 minutes, do 35 pushups in a minute, and do the same amount of sit ups.

I plan to join the next 6 week challenge, and would appreciate tips on working those goals in.
