 Hi guys,

 

I have been reading the blog for the past 7 to 8 months. Though I live in India the blog has helped me make some dietary changes( had to modify the stuff to suit my tastes and go along with local cuisine). 

I have lost around 8 kgs in the meantime. 

But I have not forayed much into exercises. Currently I weigh 76 kgs and am 5 foot 7. It took me a bit of courage to join this forum and am hoping to have it as an integral part of my life.

My first aim is to remove the flab on my stomach and then start strength exercises so that I can foray into becoming a newbie assassin. Any advices people on how I should proceed?
