laodamaren Posted June 10, 2015 Report Share Posted June 10, 2015 I DID IT! I CONVINCED MY FAMILY TO BECOME PALEO! Well, my brother at least. Mum doesn't want to give up her morning granola or cheese sandwich. Lol. But she will stop eating sugary/processed foods! ^^I consider this a great milestone, certainly for my brother. He's 16 years old and I believe that deciding to go Paleo at that age is certainly a very brave and difficult thing to do. (But he insists on the 80/20 rule, haha)Excited as I was, I immediately started with the paleofication of our home! With that, I mean the kitchen. I'm still immensely shocked by the amount of junk still in our cupboard, definitely regarding how relatively healthy they both already ate.
