Two In One: Deadlift Myself and Weight Loss!

IT'S A TWO IN ONE!!!!!!!!

 

Friday was deadlift day and I got a 40lb PR!!! Previous number was 165 and I lifted 205 on Friday! Not only did I break into the 200 realm, BUT I also stepped on the scale that morning to see that I now weigh 200lbs, which is down 25 from January when I started at my gym that has since become my second home. I can deadlift myself AND THEN some!!!!!!!!

 

ALL OF THE HAPPINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
