Finally starting the process!

Hi, my name is Mathias Starheim Ruud and I'm from Norway. I'm overweight at 191 cm and around 110 kg, but I have realized that I need to do something about it.

On my free time I enjoy practicing karate but at the moment that is all I do except school. Been stalking the forums in the summer vacation and everyone seem really nice and supportive so I'm really optimistic!

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good bodyweight workout for beginners as I'm not that good at it, but looking to improve my karate![emoji109]

Yep, what Sinnah said- read through the blogs too, some really great information on form and great knowledge to take in that dispels a lot of 'magazine' nutrition advice. 

 

Set up a couple goals (do a 5 sets of 10 of incline push ups by the end of the challenge without stopping, jog a mile without stopping, hold a plank for a full minute...so much you can do!), just think about your goals, where you want to be and what your body needs to do to get  you there!
