Pushed 205 on the bench

It was actually an accident. I overloaded my weight for my heavy set by accident (I was tired and miscounted), and when I picked it up I thought "Huh.. that's kinda heavy".

Dropped it down to my chest, then when I pushed I realized that, shit; it was in fact a bit too heavy to do regular reps with.

 

Right after that I stuck it back on the rack I suddenly realized I'd just benched 205.

 

It was only one rep, but I did it.

When I started lifting at the beginning of this year I only was putting around 100 up.  Now I just pressed 205.
