Cant sign up for the academy - need help.

First of all.

If this isn't the proper sub-forum to post this in, then I apologise in advance! 

Today I've tried to sign up for the Nerdfitness Academy. But every time I was met with an error saying:  "Unable to save order: Cannot change status of an active member to pending activation" and another one saying "unable to create order id 0: error ="

I searched around to see if I could find any help but I came up empty handed.

 

So hopefully this post will be able to get me the help I need. :-) Since I really want to become a part of the Nerdfitness community. :-)

We're you ever able to get your problem sorted? It looks to me like the error message was saying you were already an active member, or at least the site thought you were. Let us know if you still need assistance, and if not, maybe you could share how you got the issue resolved? Y'know, in case other people run into the same problem, they can find an answer to it here.
