165 lb deadlift and 135 lb squat

Recommended Posts

2 months training with 5x5 SL and now I'm able to do 165 lb deadlift and 135 lb squat >:D

I feel so badass as men see me with THAT face:

"She won't be able to lift that!... right?  OMFG she lifted it! ... :'( "

Just wanted to share my joy with you :) Feeling stronger than ever!

Hell yeah! Post some videos! 61kgs squats is a ton! I only got to 43kgs x 6 reps and then quit the fitness business.

Congrats!

It's actually 60 kgs for squats and 75 kgs for deadlift... If convert ir to lb exactly it would be difficult to imagine as there as no exact same weights for kgs and lb HAHA.

Next time I hit the gym I'll ask mi gf to film me and I'll share some vids :D

Nice job! I remember loading 45s onto the bar for the first time and squatting it. I was so proud of myself.

Hell yeah! :D

Fantastic work! Hope you're feeling ten foot tall right around now!

Kind of... I know is huge business, not everyone can lift as I do now but I still have my "chubbiness" that leaves me feeling three foot tall :'(! But every steps counts, so I should indeed be proud.

Wowsers way to go!
