It would have been much simpler to simply multiply calories by the Wilks multiplier. I really have no idea if this gives some people an unfair advantage. I suppose it gives those on the other side of the unfair advantage a big challenge to overcome. On a bulk and still hungry so I declared Thursday my @Sam Ashen eat like a Warrior Day. All day total 2,700 calories, My weight that morning 113 lbs. No idea on the Wilks score. I never take pictures of my food.
