Week 1... DONE!

I have finished my first week of eating paleo, and this is how it has gone.

All but one meal was Paleo and none of them left me feeling hungry, I have tried things that I never thought to try before. I did manage to get to the gym twice, which the second time left me so sore, but it was worth it. 

 

When I weighed myself this is how it shook out, Last Tuesday I was 252.4 lbs (as a 19M with no muscle tone), today I weigh 245.8 lbs, which has dropped my BMI by 1.0 and taken me to within a pound of no longer being severely obese. 

 

On to the second week.
