My 1st Woot

Hi Rebels!

 

I joined NF on 5th May this year (I just checked in my email), so have been making little changes for 6 months. No exercise yet. I bought a pedometer watch and have been doing a little more walking. I started to learn about sugar... that was an eye opener!! I read my rebel emails when they come to my inbox. This is my first post too.

 

Anyway, my first woot is that I am 20lbs down from 1st January 15. Not a great deal to some, but it's a lot to me! Did you know that's 9kg. Like, 9 bags of sugar!

 

Yay me :)

 

I've decided to sign up for swimathon, a UK charity event happening in March 16. Time to start some exercises! Little steps really do work.
