Oofles Posted November 23, 2015 Report Share Posted November 23, 2015 Hello all, Wow - what a community, and this is exactly what I've been looking for all this time! I'm definitely a nerd and proud of it! I'm super excited to be a part of it and help find the motivation I've sadly needed for a while now. Well, I guess a little bit about myself. I'm male, 26, 6'2", and currently 175 lbs. I'm married with a one year old son, and I really want to do this for them as much as myself. I grew up a military brat mostly in the US, but have traveled the world and love experiencing new things! But honestly, I find myself interacting with strangers over the internet to be just as awesome an experience! I've always been relatively fit, staying active and having a high metabolism, but never actually fit. As I grow older, I find that slowing down and I know I need to kick it into gear before things start going downhill... This time round I really want to change my lifestyle, increase my overall strength, and start eating a lot healthier! This community seems like the perfect place to help keep me motivated! I'll drag my feet when "having" to work out, but I'll spend hours getting every single achievement in [insert any game title here].... regardless of how pointless. So for me, hopefully this will be the motivation I need to keep at it! I've got another confession... One of my favorite things of all time is cosplay! I have a huge desire to get to the point where I can cosplay an open-shirt character. Malzahar, I'm looking at you... And not just do it, but really fell comfortable and confident in how I look while I'm doing it! So, there's that, lol... Well, I'm here. I joined the NF Academy a few days ago and that is progressing along great! I've never felt so exited to work out in my life!!
