Smyrnian Posted November 26, 2015 Report Share Posted November 26, 2015 I have been around the forum for a while, and I'm amazed at how supportive people are here, but I can't get very open or expressive around large groups. I'm looking for a virtual sidekick so we can motivate each other to be healthy. I'm 22, female, suffering from depression, anxiety, binge-eating and occassionally insomnia. The professional help didn't work for me, so I'm trying to heal myself and I've made quite a progress since 2013. I used to practice martial arts (I still want to go back, but for now, that's not possible), I love superheroes, mythology, and fantasy literature and games. I promise I'm not as troubled as it might seem I'm a great listener and I love encouraging others and see them achieve their dreams.
