New body loading....please wait

Hi! I gave birth to kiddo number 2 4 months ago. Chasing after a toddler and caring for an infant I have come to realize I am overweight and weak. My overall goal is to lose 70 pounds of fat and gain muscle through some strength training. I've started the beginner body weight workout and I love it! I was to be able to lift my kids without struggling or hurting myself. I want to be more self reliant. I am so glad I found nerd fitness and am so excited about getting in shape now! Look forward to making friends, getting strong and leveling up!!! Woooot!!!!
