And so it begins!

Hello! Today is my first day joining so I thought I would introduce myself. I usually try to go at these kinds of journeys alone, but since I'm  crazy overweight and not at all healthy, that mode of thinking apparently isn't working out so well is it? 

 

I'm a 31 year old female who has tried so many different diets and workouts it makes my brain spin. So I'm excited to really get in there and change the way I think before I even attempt to change anything else. 

 

I'm going through a rough breakup right now and in the past, I've always resorted to junk food and couch time as my coping mechanism, but I am determined to work through this in a healthy way! Why punish myself? Why not cope in a healthy, valuable way that will actually make me feel good!? 

 

Anywho, just wanted to throw my intro out there!
