Just wanted to pop in and say what's up nerds?

 

My story, in brief, is that I dropped about 50lbs after a series of life changing events. I gained back about 10 building my strength. Now that I'm healthy, I want to continue to get stronger.

 

I consider myself a powerbuilder in that I focus on gaining strength in the big three lifts, but I closely monitor my macros (allowing a designated cheat meal once or twice a week) and throw in a bodybuilding day each week as a break from compound lifts. I'm majoring in strength with a minor in aesthetics.

 

As for my nerdy side, I'm a huge Dragonball Z and Star Wars fan, I collect Lego Star Wars, and I love playing Pokemon. I work as a mechanical engineer for a machine tools company.

 

I'll be joining the warriors and am looking forward to starting a challenge!
