Four weeks ago I decided to get a trainer I have lost 17 pounds and my body is doing things I never thought possible, yesterday was my first time at the squat bar, I'm not going to lie I felt completely out of my comfort zone but my trainer put 50kg onto the bar and I did 3 X 12 reps super happy with myself and I honestly really enjoyed it!!! I can't wait to see what my body is capable of. I am so excited so glad I finally decided to get my butt off of the sofa! 1 Quote Link to comment

I remember my first time squatting with a barbell and I could barely control my coordination with the bar let alone add 50kg.
