How do I post a video to the forum?

I have a video I want to share, but It's on Facebook, and I'm not where I can post it to NerdFitness's Facebook page.

The easiest way to post pics and videos is to use Tapatalk, but if you get the link for the video you can insert it using the code.

 

So: [media ] insert the link here and then use [/media ] at the end of the link (without the space after the word "media" each time)

 

im not sure if you can use videos from Facebook though...
