Ho boy do I hurt.

 

I don't know what it is but I've always been pretty fluid with my training. Progress was slow but I felt like I was hitting everything. Now that I'm on a structured program and I've been sticking to it I have to say...

 

I hurt. Feels like every muscle is hurting. Mostly good pain but there are some niggles popping up here or there that I have to deal with.

 

Now that that's out of the way.

 

Warm up

 

Workout

Power Snatch: 65kgx3x5

Snatch High Pulls: 80kgx3x5

Snatch Push Press + 1 OH Squat: 70kgx6x5 (I really enjoy these, They make me feel strong for some reason)

 

Accesory

Good ol' planks and side planks with some 10kg back extensions

 

I wanted to ease into the core work because I hadn't been doing it every day and I knew if I jumped in it would have crushed me but I feel like I'm at the point to start ramping that up a little.

 

To start instead of doing the 3 sets I'll up it to 5 I think and put the weight up a little on the back extensions.

 

Continuing to make small tweaks to my diet.

Snatch - 105kg | C&J - 127kg | Back Squat - 175kg | Front Squat - 137kg
