Did a lot of meal prep today! 5 mason jar salads 6 spinach/egg/cheese breakfast sandwiches ~15 meals consisting of 4 oz (beef/chicken), 1/2 cup mashed (white potato/sweet potato), and 1 cup of (mixed veggies/broccoli). Microwave like 90 seconds to reheat and eat. Mine are VERY spinach-y. But yummy. Just a warning. I am weak with hanging work, so after the first round of leg raises, I couldn't stabilize my shoulders overhead.
