So I've never done a daily journal of ANYTHING before, so I guess we'll see how this goes. This has been kind of a mini re-spawn for me. I joined the academy in January 2015, then found out I was pregnant in February 2015. I maintained my nutrition throughout my pregnancy and was able to continue yoga and weight training until I was 36 weeks. I had a beautiful baby girl in November, but then had some pretty major post-partum complications, so I was not even able to go back to my workouts until February. I have found that finding time and energy for workouts with 2 kids is even harder than it was for one, so I was almost back to where I started 18 months ago in regards to spending all my time on my couch and generally feeling like a lump.

Beginning measurements: weight 165#z bust-39", chest-34", waist-35", hips-42", thighs-24" (each), calves-16" (each), bicep-14"(each)

But back to the point: This will be my log of workouts and nutrition on my continuing journey. I aim for high protein, moderate carb and the carbs I do eat I try for whole wheat, not processed. I am trying to drink only unsweetened coffee, decaf tea, and water; at least 32oz/day. I am currently doing bodyweight brigade 2A&B on Mon and Fri and yoga on Sun and Wed.
