525 Deadlift! Woot!

So I deadlifted 505 back in 2012. And since then my deadlift hasn't budged. It even went down some to where I struggled with 475.

 

However, I started back to Crossfit in December and my coach started getting me to deadlift more reps with a higher weight. I was a singles machine before that.

 

On March 2, 2016 I deadlifted 525! WOOT! I was pretty pumped up and excited about it. I even did a WoD right after!

 

*PS* the late woot is because I just started back to the board after a long hiatus.
