Missed Saturday and Sunday while I was on holiday, missed turning kicks because I left them too late and discovered that my house isn't big enough.

 

Gave myself a hug with EC today though :)

I love balance exercises.  Knee hold done with ec

Current Big Fat Hairy Goals:  Hip to Waist Ratio down to 88%.  Capable of 50 pushups, 100 situps, 20 pull-ups in one massive superset.  Able to do a bodyweight bench press.  Run 10K 1/week for 1 month.  Earn 2nd Degree Black Belt.

 

Why?  Because I want to model the kind of health and strength that I want my girls to have when they grow up.

Just did them with EC.  Truthfully, they are tough on your wrists, and really work your triceps.  Hand position is important - make sure they're down by your waistline, or you'll simply run out of flexibility.

Thanks for the tip...but I wasn't even close! Forced myself to do 10 scaled (knees...and for some of them hand pointing out rather than back). I think I need to work on narrow grip pushups first before taking these on.

....yup. I can't make gold, but I'm pretty proud of my first try at this. I only wish I had scaled a couple of them rather than skipping them altogether.

 

Did the squat hold but no EC (70+50 sec). The 50 sec was harder than the 70!

I think I may have missed tracking several days.... I missed 2 days but got everything else with EC.  Updated!

And I'm going to retire from competition, but stay on as the ring master.  I'll still track, but be here more for questions, form, motivation etc. etc.  I hope you all come back!

Just wanted to say we'll done to everyone on this challenge! I'm going to take a month off from this one I think, I kinda flaked out towards the end and I've got so much going on I don't feel I can give my all to this. Have fun guys!
