I have hardly been to the gym this year. I went for a few weeks back in March-ish time but haven't been back since (life and then laziness). But I went today! I told myself that as long as I do about half an hour that would be enough. I was there for 45 mins but managed a full body workout. (also been out with pokemon go)

 

Also haven't eaten any junk food today! (first time probably since I last went to the gym) and a nice healthy dinner planned.
