ChunkyMonkey Posted August 5, 2016 Author Report Share Posted August 5, 2016 Yeah, I tried it again yesterday on the ship's treadmill doing the start of a HIIT(?) program the captain gave me. Woke up today chaffed badly so think I'm skipping tonights 's workout but will be back on it tomorrow! Quote Link to comment
