Bed last night: 1:30ish

Woke up: 8:30

Sleep: 7h (really?) plus a 2h nap earlier today

 

Paleo Consumption: butternut squash soup; asparagus

Non-Paleo Consumption: LOTS of donut holes; a Publix sprinkle cookie; Maui tuna crunch salad from Seasons 52 (pretty sure some of the crunchies have gluten, if not the dressing too); pumpkin pie mini dessert with gingersnap

Water intake: not enough I'm sure

 

AS: 2x10 "dumbbell" rows using my clarinet double-case... which limits how low I can go but whatever; 5 knee pushups (probably 2/3rds motion at best); pushed el padre around in the wheelchair

Woke up: well my alarm was set for 7:30 but I ended up sleeping until 9

Sleep: too long

AD: Going to throw my cooking adventures under AD even though they're probably more RE but who really knows.

Bed last night: far too late. past midnight.

Woke up: well my alarm was set for 7:30, the smoke detector went off at 4:40am D:<, and eventually I got out of bed at 8am

Sleep: not nearly enough.

Woke up: 7:30 or 8:30, whenever my phone had a seizure from 39 Blackboard things being uploaded at once by my professor

Non-Paleo consumption: oatmeal; roast beef sub from Jimmy Johns (lettuce, tomato, mayo, dijon, oregano, sprouts, oil & vinegar); half a glass of Coke (I needed a caffeine boost); one pumpkin spice cookie 
Water: 2 glasses (the water from the filter is starting to taste like the water from the sink; I hope we don't need a new filter already)

EPI homework got done yesterday. Easy peasy.

Finished problem 4 on my math (PDE) homework.  That only took two hours (and that's probably an underestimate considering I started it on Saturday).

I am not prepared for that WBL test on Thursday.  I plan to spend tomorrow at the beach (or elsewhere scantily clad in direct sunlight) catching up on the reading for that class.

I haven't even started on CLA stuff. Fortunately that's not due for a long while and I'm getting some material for one of my CLA items from my WBL reading.

Goal: Pull-up training.  (Find something to do rows with, then actually go to the gym and practice dead hang.)

Non-Paleo consumption: oatmeal; beef vegetable stir fry over rice (beef, broccoli, green beans, onion, bamboo shoots, straw mushrooms, sesame oil, gluten-free soy sauce)

Water intake: 2 glasses

 

SC: ran to my meeting today (from the front door), then walked home after class

AS: dips on my kitchen island stools and the coffee table
