Finally, something that seems to be working!

I've been trying to increase fitness over the past couple of years, but with fibromyalgia and arthritis in various leg joints it's been a struggle to find something that doesn't make matters worse.  After overdoing things a few times and failing a lot of saving throws versus ouch, I think I may have something sustainable:

 

Swimming.

 

I've been going to a local pool, trying to improve my strokes and doing laps in the lane-swimming area, and for one it isn't killing me.  I also got a contact for a local Masters swimming group at another nearby pool, and might also hook up with them to have a more structured swim once a week.

 

It's nice to be back in the fitness realm, and even better to be feeling better rather than worse after a workout.
