I'm pumped.  I finished the B.U.F.F. Dudes 12 week program on Saturday!  You can check out my progress from the stats on this spreadsheet (1 sheet per phase of the program) or on my daily battle log (link in the signature below).  I couldn't really do a four week challenge with this on my plate (plus I'm working towards a half marathon in November), so w00t in the room instead.

 

I was going to post pictures but my wife won't send me pictures of myself in my underwear to show people.  Something about it being "inappropriate" and "possibly used in pornography without my consent."  My back is freaking HUGE now.
