mgage Posted February 2, 2017 Author Report Share Posted February 2, 2017 I'm getting ready to do initial max testing for Project Momentum next week. And then I am competing April 22 hopefully at a much lower weight class. So since I haven't done any heavy-ish singles in a while I worked up to 405 deadlift today for two singles.
