Squat: 10x225, 2x5x275 (backed off plan a bit so I wasn't completely wiped for DL)

DL: 3x4x345 (back to feeling good after an off week last week)

Leg Ext: 3x8x130

Then took some BCAAs and ran my week 1, day 3 of C25K. Off to Chicago for the weekend so I'll try and squeeze in a hotel workout.

I'm getting ready to do initial max testing for Project Momentum next week. And then I am competing April 22 hopefully at a much lower weight class. So since I haven't done any heavy-ish singles in a while I worked up to 405 deadlift today for two singles. Before that, I took a video of 385 and I was really happy with how fast it moved since it's about 80% of previous max.
