I achieved only 2 digits in my weight (< 100 kg or < 220 lbs). My bodyweight was above 100 kg for years. I want to really thank Nerd Fitness and the Rebellion. I've been through a lot of stuff in the past months. I believe I need to meditate more, maybe I'll include this in the next challenge.
