  1. I love that you're a mouse!!!! I say I am one too, we love cheese in this house!!!! But you are right about going as much of a Paleo diet as you can and my changing to it has helped a lot. Thinking back on my I gained is the hard part cause it still bugs me. See I was trying to get healthy for us to have a second kid, eat right while pregnant, and keep the healthy life going afterwards but after almost 3 years of not getting pregnant we went to the doc. Yes I can have another child but not on my own, I have to be dilated every 3mo until I get pregnant and if you've even had that done... its very painful. I got really upset by it cause well a bad accident is the cause of all of this and just regressed to comfort foods rather than healthy options. I will admit thanks to this community and the Paleo I resisted fat tuesday yesterday and I was in the office all day (I usually work from home) and it wasn't hard, I didn't want sugar and dough. Plus I'm starting the find the smell of sweets and breads overwhelming, it's a great change!!! Plus your tips are now going in my weight loss journal (personal one I carry around) as motivation to keep myself going in the right direction so thank you! ^.^
  2. Saw this chain and great advice! I'm trying to lose around 110lbs or get to 15% body fat but tend to get stuck a lot. Sadly I'm really healthy, every checkup I get told I'm the perfect image of health except for the weight. I've also cut out soda about 10 years ago (though I have a cherry zero as a treat now and than) and eat healthy so there's not much to change there. I am trying to slowly go Paleo (though I can't cut out dairy just make it very minimal) but its hard with a family that eats completely different and doesn't want to change. Anyways I totally agree with the cheat when stuck. I lost 60lbs (than gained most of it back) and when I'd slow down we'd go out to dinner. I didn't full out binge but we'd have pizza and I'd have a couple slices, think I'd gain the next day but end up dropping a few pounds! It really is a crazy awesome thing!
  3. You want to lose 90lbs or more in 6mo so a min of 15lbs/mo. Honestly without surgery I don't think it will happen and maybe you should rethink your time frame for your goals. Losing 90-100lbs in a year is a feat on its own so I won't expect to do it in 6mo
  4. I agree with Laureleye on this. I have both the RFG and the RSG but only bought both due to the discount. Right now I am only focusing on the RFG to lose the weight. My long term plan/goal is once I get to my goal or near it (which I hope to be around when I finish the RFG) I will switch to the RSG for the toning and strength training. After that from what I've read on line repeat the RSG over and over, just add more weight as you go. In all honestly to start out I really do support the RFG. I've only been doing it for a week and though my weight hasn't really changed my body has. Also keep in mind that diet is the main part of hitting your goals. Read the guild to healthy eating. It has officially changed my life and really opened my eyes. Though its a slow change I am almost to where I want to be on the diet part and making my life healthier which will in turn lead to the body/figure I want.
