    • Well... I'm back to work. After a week of rest and a course of paxlovid, I'm like 95% better.    But fitness goals are tenuous at best. I'll be glad if I can get a couple walks in.    And,  yeah, i've gone too far too fast in my fish breeding goals. Saturday the were still probably 100 leopard danio fry.  Sunday there were maybe a dozen. So weird that they'd all die of like that.  Ammonia and nitrate are both near zero.  <smh> Bad genetics? (What I get trying to breed fish from petsmart.-- Tho, I wasn't actually trying so- meh).   I'm pondering some big tank moves. I currently have like 3 dozen other danios, and ones that some stronger current, so i think I'm gonna try and set up a high flow tank for them in my 40gal, and move the apistos, guppies, and angelfish elsewhere. 
    • Take your wins where you find them .... and then build on them.  
    • I've had another fainting episode. Mum has been diagnosed with diabetes.

    • Hi all! The wonderful @Snarkyfishguts has pointed me in this direction as I have introduced some strict spending measures this challenge as I adapt to being single person household for the first time in my life! I have no idea in real terms how much I am going to have to tighten my belt because this is all new to me so for now I am just trying to reduce my spending as much as possible and use what I already have for as long as I can. 
    • Cheering on for restorative alone time!! (From my couch)
    • 20 min walk warm up   Light stretching    Hindu Push Ups 2x13,10 Squats 2x20 Close Hand Push Ups 2x15,8 Lateral squats 2x6 (L&R) Sit Ups 2x10 Superman 2x60 sec V Ups 2x6   Bar Hanging Rows 2x10 (from parallel bars) Dips 2x5,3 (haven't done these in forever! Lol) Pull Ups Narrow Grip 2x3,2   Heavy stretching 
    • I bought some fall clothes this week and a suitcase for my trip. I also made some unnecessary purchases that must be returned tomorrow so my goal this week is to buy nothing and get back to only buying what I need when I need it, not just in case I need it. But I have everything I need right now, including fresh produce so there is no reason to buy more things this week.   
    • I am glad you had a good weekend and got to spend time with Vivian.   Great job getting two of your class discussions out of the way early! Twenty pages of notes certainly sounds like a lot to me. I am impressed with how well you are scheduling your work and staying on track to get it all done on time.
