At the end of each challenge, fill out a POST CHALLENGE RETROSPECTIVE.
These are very important and helpful in planning your next challenge. It shouldn't take long, just a quick review of what you did that really helped you, and what you did that you could do differently next time.
This also gives you the opportunity to grade yourself.
We recommend you grade yourself as a percent complete - So if your goal was to work out 3x a week (12 times) and you worked out 8 times, your grade would be 67%.
