  4. It's good to hear from you;) I'm pretty happy with my challenge so far but I have been working on these goals long enough that I know how to incorporate them in my life, even when things get hectic. I didn't have thanksgiving though and Christmas test is coming! I hope everything is ok with you and you were right, giving myself some rest makes me able to train better the next day.

  10. Week 2 numbers: Protein intake (100-150/day): 5/7 days, grade B! I give myself a B cause I ate some crap during the week and I lost focus on this goal even though I still managed to reach my protein intake. This goal is not so difficult but it needs some (more) serious planning. Pull-ups (30/day): 4/7 days, grade A! Meditation (1/day): 7/7, grade A! Bonus challenge: do 1 muscle up. Didn't do much this week Overall: it wasn't a great week, definitely not as good as the first one. I still managed to work on my goals and improve but I know I can do better than this!

  13. Thanks! I'm very happy with pull-ups and meditation. It's harder than I expected to eat that much protein especially if you eat out. I ended up chugging smoothies with whey protein to reach the goal which I like but it's not great if I want to make it a long term habit.
  14. Thank you! This week it's being very hard, I have been eating out a lot so it's hard to count protein. I also started with wall push-ups and even though they might be a bit boring they are great conditioning excercises. I was doing 2-3 sets of 50, slow and in control before moving to incline push-ups. let me know how it goes! Good luck with your challenge!!
