  1. Thursday PR!! :-) My mile running time averaged out at 8:50 ! I ran a little under four miles too! So Proud of myself! I've been busy getting everything done with the end of the semester and projects and all of those things. o.0 Completed my to do list. Drank all the water I haven't tracked my calorie intake this week at all actually...Just been eating when I'm hungry. Friday Three mile run plus lifting. ^^ Still no tracking of calories. Made a pie. A day to relax before my work potluck at four :-)

  3. That sounds amazing dear!!! I think we've all been really busy lately, given semester ending, it's holiday time, and life likes to throw up on everyone. xP
  4. I finished actually! I made him this hat in red and green with a bell at the end of it. I'll post a picture later today. ^^ I also just figured out what to get him for Christmas, a beer brewing kit. I feel bad because I've been crazy busy lately and unable to do much posting...o.0 Or Lurking. Gah. Monday Had a good workout session!! :-) Drank all the water didn't make a to-do list or did I finish one. Tuesday Had to skip my run/workout to work on a project for a presentation for one of my classes last night. It went really well! :-) Although I ate two cupcakes and had a beer and went out for dinner. I did drink a lot of water though. Lately I've had the worst sweet tooth. It's driving me insane, actually, plus I haven't been able to sleep alot lately because I've been having weird nightmare things. I died one night, another night I was abandoned by my family/friends, and last night I was wearing gloves in a swimming pool and my old boss kept making me swim with a giant piece of iron strapped to my back. I think it's just finals week getting to me... *edit* Also, three of my sisterhood sisters have gotten engaged in the last week. No joke. It's that time of year.
  5. Saturday 5.1 mile run!! In 49 minutes. :-) Hurray!! And I remembered to stretch. ^^ Made chili and ate so much...^^ Also getting really far on this floppy hat I'm making ^^ Sunday Ret day!! :-) Hurray!

  7. [ATTACH=CONFIG]6539[/ATTACH] Here's the bookcase he made me ^^ Wed. Lifted like normal. Boyfriend came into town!! :-) We spent time rearranging my room to make room for the bookcase! I cooked us a tasty dinner of quinao, chicken, and veggies. We feasted on brownies made with yogurt, and butter pecan ice cream and drank blackberry wine. And watched Lawless. Thurs Ran a little over 3 miles at a decent time. Got blisters on my feet from my new shoes that I thought fit but we'll see... Ate a tasty breakfast with the boyfriend at a local organic restaurant that was to die for. ^^ Wrote part of a paper and hit a local concert. Friday Work out Ran to the rec, lifted, ran back. I slept in after writing a paper and went at a different time than I usually do, so it was pleasantly uncrowded. ^^ However I was creeped on by a guy driving past while I was running. He was leaning out of his corvette to stare at me while I was running...ugh... Ran 3 miles/29 minutes Didn't bench press/ran out of time. Nutrition I ate weird today,due to waking up at 7 to finish a paper then passing out till noon. o.0'' And I've been starving all day. Drank all the water 3/3 Didn't stretch though

  9. Yeah, he's really handy. Plus I think his dad does carpentry work as well, but the bookcase got approval from his dad and he's really excited to show me. I think I'm getting it tonight or around Christmas time. Expect ALL THE PICTURES. ^^ I'm currently working on a jingly santa hat for him. and thank you! I'm still sore today but I plan on plowing through my workout. Tomorrow is all about running since I skipped yesterday..xP Thank you :-) I never really thought of my lifting as admirable, it's just something I started doing and now love like crazy. Almost as much as my running. Yeah, the scale sucks. I try to not weight myself too often, as it messes with my head. I'm 4'11'' and generally, I'm supposed to be around 100 lbs (so says media and adult figures as I was growing up and some websites). But the only time I weighted even close to that, I dislike it. I had this awful desire to weight about 95 pounds at some point, but I never got close to that. Thankfully. I'd probably look like a skeleton, because of how I'm built. I'm small and thick for the most part. I just really want my body fat to get lower now. The boyfriend just bears with me when I say I'm bloated or fat for the day. Although he's come to terms it usually means that I ate badly for several meals in a row and haven't had enough water. :-) but you sound like a good husband to not tell her that till she's ready. I've also come to dislike jeans and lean more towards wearing leggings now as well. Small waist and bigger thighs don't bode well in the world of women's clothing..Well, junoirs. Women's are too big.
  10. Thanks!!! Tuesday Skipped my workout. Was insanely sore and oddly busy, had a lot to do in a short amount of time. -.-'' Ate well, tons of leftover ham and turkey!!! Drank all the water and planning on tackling the dreaded list... However, my boyfriend is coming in town to see me tomorrow for our anniversary and I believe he made me a bookcase...
  11. My brother does them with his church a lot, he builds houses in Mexico. It's really changed him a lot, in good ways. :-) Poor computer!! :-( Glad its doing better though. Whats your favorite martial art practice/type/thingie? I apologize, I know little to nothing about Martial Arts outside of the fact that a friend of mine really wants me to take it up.

Water Intake 4/3x After a week of not tracking what I ate every day, I'm back at it. And eating less cookies... Been...sorta on top of my to-do list. It keeps getting longer though..-.-'' My workout was killer today and I'm thinking about doing a CrossFit session during Winter break while I'm home. THere's a few gyms by me and they offer student discounts. I am slightly worried that I ate too much over break, and I only worked out 4/6 times instead of my normal 6x a week routine. But it was nice to take some time off and I walked a lot. o.0'' I've been noticing a lot of changes in my body lately. I'm also debating if I should keep on counting calories, or just count protein like some people. I've also been working on my whole awful fixation with what the scale tells me. It doesn't help that I have that odd 'phantom' fat problem, where I constantly think that my stomach is larger and more fatty than it actually it. And hips. And thighs. Oh well, time for second dinner...nom nom...
  13. I'm very jealous of the bacon turkey...^^ You're doing fantastic ^^ I went shirt shopping over the weekend to find out that everything is getting tight in the shoulders. And most of my jeans are getting tight around my thighs/butts, all due to muscle building. Best of luck with clothing shopping, if you're not in a rush, I'd wait to around Christmas or right after to do a lot of the shopping. Better deals usually (I used to work in retail).
  14. Ugh. o.0 How sore were you the next day? As long as you enjoyed yourself? Speaking of CrossFit....My friend found a deal online for Crossfit. Eight sessions for $30 !!! :-) I think I'm going to go for it and do it over my winter break, since it's four weeks long...Although most of the sessions offered are at like..5 AM...And it's a 25~ minute drive for me.
  15. I hate when that happens. Once I was in the middle of an Insanity workout and my then roommate decided that she wanted to come in and talk about something. I think a date I had gone on. o.0 Looks like you're doing well though! :-) Keep up the good work. And with the squats, maybe try them with just the bar or your body weight ?
