  2. Eish!.. It's been a bad few weeks... I've had random bad days and random great days recently.. I have not held up to the goals I set myself but am hoping to at least do it well and better for the last bit of the challenge. I might have to give myself a fail for not reaching my goal but I am going to finish. Going to work on small goals and building them till the next six week challenge and hit that one for a 6! Trying to not give up and think positive!

  4. Thanks for the info about the other SA Nerd Fitness people... thought I was alone... Yea, been struggling to wake up early... been up at about 6 or 6:30 consistently... just doesn't give me enough time to workout before work... taking baby steps though.. Had a slice of cheesecake last night. But been eating good otherwise, workouts going well too.. this week has been a decent start! 5 and a bit more to go! Thanks for the encouragement!..
  5. Hello. I live in South Africa and have been following NF for a while and want to get serious about my fitness. I think 6 week challenges are a good place to start. Main Quest: lose weight and fit comfortably into my size 34 pants again. Specific Goals: 1 - Do P90X - Cardio X workout at 3 times a week. Great workout and I can do it from home so no excuses. Ha! 2 - Do strength workout in gym/at home 3 times a week. 3 - No sodas. No fast food. No deserts/cakes. Side Quest: Wake up and be out of bed at 5:30 am monday - friday mornings. Motivation: I need to change my lifestyle and find some consistency in my otherwise inconsistent life. I don't want to blame circumstances or people for what's wrong with my lifestyle and fitness.
