  6. Good to here their sessions went well. Personal training is a matter of practice. I tried it a few years ago but I wasn't the best at it lol.
  7. I can bench 320 and I workout 2 times per week on upper body. It's just a matter of doing more sets.
  8. Not bad at all. What is your resistance training program like exactly?
  9. That sounds like a reasonable increase in your 1 rep max. you may need to eat more. I use to be at a plateau for several years until I started eating more and taking more protein after my workouts.

  11. I recommend that you try to find a well put together workout routine so that you don't risk injuring yourself again. I've had rotator cuff problems too and it took me a while to learn how to exercise and not injure it.   13. Yea hopefully it is just a will power issue. I have talked to people with bad eating habits which were easy to fix but I have also talked to people with bad eating habits that were deeply psychological and difficult to change. Regardless, if you are trying to change your eating habits I recommend you steer clear of chocolate. Food addiction does exist and chocolate causes an increase in pleasure hormones in your brain which would only make changing difficult. Here’s a video on eating habits called .I remember doing kip ups when I was obsessed with mortal kombat as a child but never thought of doing them to get in shape. Congrats in being able to do a pull up and I wish you luck with your goals!
