I've read that it's okay to vary the amount of food intake throughout the week. Maybe not that much though lol. I have the same issue on the weekends, but whenever I feel the want to overeat I do something else to distract myself like walking my dogs, writing, reading, working out, browse Tumblr, get out of the house. Hope this helps!

My knee hurts. :| It's been steadily getting more uncomfortable all day. I felt it a little after my workout last night. Sigh. Not good not good not good not good. So I decided to rest today. And because I only got four hours of sleep last night. x_x The things I do for my sister. I think my running days need to be just running days. Nothing extra. Might be doing a little too much. We'll see how that goessss. I had grains today too in preparation of running. I hate it when that happens! Oh, well. Resting is more important hereeee. Happy belated Birthday!! Mine was the 18th. October is awesome, isn't it?! ) I totally understand the soda addiction. I was addicted for yearrrrssss before I quit cold turkey about two years ago. Since then I'd been drinking in very little amounts until a couple weeks ago when I was just like, no more >(. It sucks the first two weeks or so, but then it gets better. The headaches were the worst for me. But great job on your progress!! Keep it up!

[ATTACH=CONFIG]5940[/ATTACH] By the way, these earrings are fabulous but not optimal for clothes shopping. Everything was great until I finished my pre-run smoothie and my birthday brownies (paleo of course). My immune system lost an epic battle to a stomach ache. Could not workout or run. Lyfe lost all meaning. DDD; So I'm stuck with making up my run tomorrow and Saturday. AND I WILL. >( Machines don't quit!! My sister's friend asked me to do a 5k with her in December. We get to GLOW IN THE DARK for that one! It's gonna be awesome. Yup.

Cross the Your Story entry off my list! Turned it in Sunday. Yay! Still working on the other two. I only ran .6 miles today because I went while it was raining, and well, I was getting cold. Don't want to catch a cold, but I still wanted to run something. I did a crossfit workout after dinner. I really enjoyed it! Very tough. Now time for some recovery sleep~

Ran 1.7 miles today in 20:41. It felt great after a stressful day. I was going to run for 30 minutes but thought I'd better take it easy for the first time running for distance rather than time. I've still been keeping a slow pace. My new motto: "Pace yoself." Already logged my jumps for tonight. 2100 so far. Come on, Rangers!! [ATTACH=CONFIG]5840[/ATTACH] She waited patiently while I let my inner child out on the swings. <3
