hello everyone At 6 ft 2" and 292 decided it was time to change what I had been living (eating wrong,not getting excrise , and not getting enought sleep) so far as of 14Jul2012 i have stopped drinking beer . I been on the low carb diet but after reading about the Paleodiet I well be switching to it . I have also started crossfit traing thanks to rec from a friend As for my goals I what to get back to a healthy wieght and become more active . short trem change eating habits and excrise habits adjust my lifestlye A bet longer trem I going to run a Warrior Dash or Spartan race they just look fun
