  1. Well i eat 85% usualy, though unless i have someone to share it with one block eventualy esclates to a whole pack, 39 grams of carbs 9 of whoch are fibre, making my usual 70 gram day a bit over 100 gram for that day, ithink i worry too much but at least i dont see any signs of being off track
  2. Im just wondering if having dark chocklate every 2 or 3 days haults weight loss on a paleo diet. Particularly in the phase i am in last few kilos of my desired goal howeve seam to get there slower than id like.

Well i avoid non fibrous carbs like the plauge, for my daily carb intake I eat a big serving of veggies with every meal, i am staying away from fruit, exception pomegranates, until i reach my more desired weight. I do sometimes on a sunday eat dark chocolate 85%, however i have decided eat a tad bit less each meal, and i have teken on this fasting where i eat in an 8 hour window, i.e. from 9 am to 5 pm there i 16 hours of fat burning.i do eat my fatty cuts of meat and olive oil on everything.
  4. Ty for the advise, as for calories today started to reduce food quantity, i still eat norm breakfast, i eat a bit less for lunch and much less for dinner.
  5. Ty for the advice, i was thinking to up my hiit to 2 times a week but at the end of those i am usually dead haha, as for food i guess i can minimise dinner i think thats where i seam to over eat and feel guilty.
  6. Hey i had the same problem reading that very same article. Eggs are not bad in one bit, they say its bad because it has cholesterol, but it raises your Hdl, meaning its good, that link you have read is incorrect in every sense of the word, what the first guy responded with the link to marks daily apple is what saved me and allowed me to not fear eggs.
  7. Hi i am Andro, i need help. I have over 3 months lost 20 kilos on the paleo diet, and i am at a level where i have a healthy amount of fat. I cant measure my body fat % because i am in Croatia and don't have that resource, but i think i am somewhere between between 15 and 20 %. I strength train in the gym (one set up in a house), 3 times a week and do hiit once a week. I cant see any progress, my weight remains at 105 kgs. i dont count my calories, but i am trying to loose this stubborn last bit of body fat and look lean. Is there any advice i should follow.
