  1. Thank you for the tips everyone! I'm hoping by taking better care of myself it is the right step into a new lifestyle that will help things in the long run!
  2. Hi Everyone , I'm posting here because I'm hoping someone has some personal experience with this that might be able to give me some insight. I have always battled with depression sometimes its more mild sometimes its not. I have been researching Paleo and I'm pretty excited about trying it but I have 2 things I'm worried about. I currently take supplements to support my mood - NOW Mood support will I be messing up the diet by continuing that? Also I have been reading some pretty scary stuff about the mood swings. How bad are they? Should I be scared?

  4. 1 cup of any liquid you like. I prefer coconut milk. Some times I add boiled rasins to it, 4 TBS Chia Seeds. Let it chill in the fridge overnight. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a little vanilla bean crush.
  5. Hello Eridian! My roommate has had the same issues with water. After we switched water companies she hasn't had as many issues. Have you checked if the water in your area is high in a particular mineral or fluoride?
