  1. Good day today. Yoga this morning, and meditation this evening and working on the bombsite of a house in between. Also completed some difficult to me Rising Heroes quests.
  2. Have signed up for Rising Heroes and am super excited - hopefully this will give me the structure that I need to actually get somewhere.
  3. Happy New Year! Woke this morning with a positive attitude. Managed to have a shower (unbelievably this is often a mental struggle), put on some clean clothes and do some yoga. Hopefully this is the start of a good new year. Am also super excited.to.find out more about Rising Heroes!
  4. Am only just up :0 Not feeling great (TMI) up and down to the toilet all night. On the plus side, I seem to have lost a couple of pounds.
  5. Heavier than I have ever been. As usual making New Years Resolutions I will fail to keep. Could this be my NF year? As an upside I am feeling sooo much better since I came off hormonal contraception.
  6. Just did Bodyweight workout 1 A and feeling great - need to find something properly heavy for the farmers walk though. 3 xp today - moving and internet both problematic...

  8. Yet another respawn <sigh> So 5 new SMART goals: 1: I don't surf the internet after 10pm - its far too easy to get sucked in. I'm going to do this for 1 week, and then review. (1XP for every night I dont) 2: I don't drink fruit juice. (1 XP for every day I dont) 3. I exercise *every* day even if it is just 1 plank, or a few hangs on pull up bar. (1 XP for every day I do) 4. I check in on NF every day (1XP for every day I do this) 5. When my Garmin tells me to move, I move if physically possible. Possible loot for leveling up (quest completions are too easy and too expensive - XP for quests works towards loot): New clothing New book New chalk bag XP Climbing course
  9. Feeling much happier today, which is a positive start.
  10. I don't think I'm very mentally well at the moment , I think managing to check in here is a positive. Today I have mostly slept, and got angry and tearful when my online grocery shop didn't go to plan.

  13. Daughters birthday today so pretty much too busy with that to sort out goals etx. Never two in a row, so back on track tomorrow.
  14. 3/4 goals today - but I genuinely haven't stopped all day so I feel very efficient and organised I have also made the serendipitous discovery that I quite like fruit teas, so when I get a snack craving I drink tea instead. Am weeing lots though!
  15. Did my first Academy warm up - Bodyweight - cool down today and am now feeling pleasantly sore Got a lovely new notebook to log my food in too during the day, and I can then transfer to MFP at the end of the day for calories etc...
  16. #1 on the front of the shirt (and #7 on sleeve if possible) Or #7 on the front and #1 on the back. If I have to choose just 1 then, it's be #7 as I am a shy and retiring type and it is more subtle. (As an aside, if the T-shirt printer could do options other than cotton ts, eg tech tees, vests, mugs etc that might be quite cool? - I know some sites offer this)

  18. Ticked off a few more academy quests today. I know it was a small thing, but I was cravimg something sweet and puddingy, so I foraged in the kitchen, and decided on a banana...
  19. Since the Academy revamp I've decided to have another bash at doing it. Just took my start photos and they were frightening - looked at my last start photos 4 years and 39lbs ago, when I thought I was repulsively fat, the state of me now I think I had been kidding myself, by those photos really just give meme nowhere to hide, which is good in a way I guess. Will try to get my measurements done in the next couple of days.
  20. Bad day goal wise, but a good day in general which is nice - I have already decided to repeat this challenge next time round, but haven't given up in this challenge - should still be able to pick up a few XP (am going to opt out the rest of the minis though)
  21. Achieved a couple of goals today, but I am ridiculously excited about the new Academy workouts...
  22. Whoop! Achieved all four of my goals for today for the first time this challenge <happy face> But my fancy spreadsheet isn't working like it is meant to <sad face> so I will try and debug that tomorrow.
  23. Been away with no internet access. Lots of walking and didn't put in (much) weight. Win! Will catch up with challenge properly tomorrow...
