Food - track (youfood) - whole 30 ish - IF - ✔ I worked out fasted for the first time ( with weights) I dunno if I like it. I felt weak and tired and'd cranky. But I did it. And now I'm going to bed before the end of my window, but I'm stuffed. 4. Exercise - step goal OR 10 minutes ✔ And I didn't get a screenshot. Little over a mile on the treadmill and about twenty minutes of stretchy yoga before lifting. 5. WATER - "6" cups (I got the big cups) ✔ 6. I don't like the taste of food and toothpaste and sometimes I gag and vomit (if my stomach is empty it's just bile if I've eaten it's gross). Sigh. I dunno 3.   9. I've done this a million times. It doesn't work for me. I can share screenshots when I'm on the computer but I've made a custom stream I've just tried finding my steam of stuff I've posted in. It doesn't work. I despise this new forum format. it took me five minutes of trying to find this thread in my "activity stream" I have like a billion different streams from trying to figure this format out... WHY CAN'T WE HAVE THE OLD BUTTON OF MY NEW STUFF?!?!?!?! that showed what you had posted in.... I can't get the stream to work and it's almost enough that I want to give up on the forums it's VERY frustrating and time wasting and I want to scream and vent
  11. went for a walk today with the boy it was HOT I was tired (I work nights and woke up at 3 and couldn't get back to sleep so we went out) AND I am trying IF so I was fasted my 16 year old son was TRYING to be helpful... but he kept asking me if I was ok and if I wanted to turn around and why was I so slow if I was ok I decided to hell with that noise... I can walk in the dark doesn't matter I AM NOT turning around IDK if this trail never makes it back to the car because I AM A RANGER DAMN IT (I really didn't know where the trail went but I figured it would eventually make it to the road and I would find my car and even if it didn't??? I didn't have to be at work until 1900 monday evening and I could take a nap under the trees and WALK SOME MORE LOL because I am a certified (certifiable??) ranger!!! and I left my house with 3 L H2O in my pack more than plenty for any noise he wanted to throw at me ) anyway... ended up doing 4ish miles teach HIM to patronize me (it was really more his tone than anything... and if he had only asked once or twice.... but the fifteenth time he asked I THINK he was asking more because he was wanting to be lazy and not hike and less because he was actually concerned about me because when I asked him before we went out if he wanted to go for a walk with the dog and he said he preferred to be lazy)
  12. I FINISHED THE RACE I found out that the interface between misfit and yes.fit was not working from 11-28 July so I manually added those miles in increments of 0.5-2.5 miles.... I feel so hmmm about that.... no where to go but up though right?? starting a new one.... 97.2 miles.... if I averaged 3 miles a day I could get done by 7 oct.... my goal is to do it by 1 Oct right now I am averaging 2 miles a day more photos for your viewing pleasure I was enjoying my curls there it was so damn hot today IF update I decided I was going to go with an eight ish hour eating window ( twelve ish to eight ish trying for one to two but being flexible because I'm a nurse and don't always know when I'll get a break to eat) Started last week. It's getting easier. The first few days I woke up starving. The next couple I got super hunger around ten. The last few days the hunger didn't start until one or so. I have collagen protein in my coffee (otherwise unadulterated) and then breakfast between midnight and two and dinner between seven and nine (when I get home from work) I've been thinking about it. IF isn't much different than standard advice "don't snack after dinner" and whatnot. Standard advice is to limit eating to "normal" hours. Well, it's kinda normal to eat in eight hour blocks right? At least it's not super abnormal. Anyway today was my first fasted workout. A hike. 4 miles. Nothing big. I ended up getting an iced coffee no cream for some calories and to help because boy wanted food and the smell drove me crazy. Drank about two liters of water because I think we hiked near the surface of the sun. It was slow and got and hard. I would have cut it about adn hour shorter but Chris kept going "are you ok? You're really slow do you want to turn around?" and I wasn't going to let him win I was going to cry from about ten to eleven thirty.... but then I started doing stuff... put a splash of coconut milk in my coffee ;) and then I am cooked some bacon and turnip and sweet tater hash (and probably some eggs!!!) and it wasn't as bad as it was a few hours ago (finally got to brekkie around 220... it was good)
  13. I switched to loving TOTAL weight and reps. It wasn't calculating my volumes correctly. So the one set where I do like twenty reps? That's ten reps each side. Forty pounds in bench? That's two twenties. I'm trying to track more accurately Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk

  19. Month's over I hit my step goal or was super close six times. Made almost 48 miles. My goal WAS to increase my goal on the first but I don't think I'm hitting it consistently enough. I'm going to keep working on it and reevaluate in two weeks. I already posted measurements and junk. I'll get month end stickers up ( I'm a few days behind because posting here means I don't need to sticker to keep track) and post pics before bed. I think I'm bored than hungry. I think I did ok. I was really starving by food time. I could have made it until after one but I was getting a patient and needed to eat before or there wouldn't be time until WAY later I also drank a LOT of water.   22. So I'm a travel nurse now, I move every three months. Everything I own fits in a trailer or in my car. For getting rid of stuff I put it in a designated spot. If I don't use it in a month I decide if I'm taking it to the apartment in Virginia or if it's going with us. (I have to keep an apartment for tax purposes) I'm brutal about stuff.
