  2. Second Goal Yestarday i didn't went to the gym, because of a birthday party i'll totally go jogging tomorrow, i have to fix this!
  3. thanks everybody for your support! But sadly (for my goals) yesterday there was a birthday party of a close friend and i drank a little bit, i think now i can only go for a B
  4. First goal : today i did 50 push ups all together after the training i think i can do it! Second goal : I went to my martial school every time i could included the day my teachers weren't there, i trained with some friends. Third goal : i drank superalcohlic only the last friday i hope this weekend i can keep my promise! Life goal : as i imagined, i didn't studied at all the last weekend, these days i'm doing it but the problem is what i'll do the next weekend... I will keep you up to date!

  6. hahahaha thanks for the advice!!! yeah i also noticed that, the first times it was really hard to do the things i used to do on july in the gym but time after time i'm already getting better, the fact is that getting better is not enough for me i want to be the best that's why i'm in the monks! Regarding to my last goal, i think it's a little bit different and harder for me 'cause i've never been studiously in my entire life and it is a totally new thing for me.

Hi everybody this is my first challange so i'll try to make this a proper one, due to my laziness i started my discipline 2 months late, i practice Kung fu Hung gar three times a week and for this discipline it's important not only the shape but also the memory because you have to remember a lot of figures (i don't know if this word explain what we do, otherwise tell me i'll try to be more clear), anyway i forgot some of the figures and i lost the shape... In this challange my primary goal is to be better of myslef when i left the martial school so i have to do a lot of hard work! I also thought a lot to my life goal, about what could be a proper one, i hope i can chose one i can do it, but not so easily! First goal When i left the martial school i used to do 51 push ups one after another and i can't do it anymore, i want to do at least 60 push ups all together! STR +3 Second goal Because i was lazy in months i lost my discipline and i want it back, i want to go to the school every time i can (three times a week) and i want to remember all i forgot in the time i wasn't training kung fu. STR +1 WIS +1 CON +1 DEX +1 STA +1 Third goal I eat properly but i have one fault, almost every week i hang out with my friends in clubs and i usually drink alcohol, these weeks i want to adjust myself, i want to drink less, my goal is to drink superalcoholic max once every two weeks. STA +3 Life goal i study at university and i'm not very good at it my life goal is to increase the time i study alone every day excluding the lessons, at least 2 hours every two days CHA +4 Let the challange begin!
  8. Hi everybody my name is Matteo and i'm 20 years old, i live in Europe. A friend told me about this site and i was very excited to join you! I don't have specific goals i just want to level up , also i want to learn english better and this will be one of my goals, I practice Hung gar Kung fu and i'm very proud of it, unfortunately due to my laziness i started it 5 days ago instead of 1 and half month ago xD so i also want to take my shape back. I'm a student, not one of the best, i want to improve myself! Obviously i choose the monk because i really want to achieve my targets, i'm also a goblin because i like strange and ugly creatures See you around! P.S. I also ask you to point me my english mistakes thank you very much!
