Sooo grateful for dumbbells! 25 reps of weighted squats is SO much nicer than 50 bodyweight reps.
you can always change your squats up to ATG, or pistols, if you dont have the dumbells all the time

Ok new plan. I may have just found a new running partner who is going to run the same 5k as me, so instead of doing the run next year, I have 9 weeks to train up. Should be fun
