  1. Hahahaha I totally forgot I created this :P

     

    starting updating from today. Been having a sinus infection so I just laid at home playing dead so far :P
    Had an one hour handstand session yesterday though. felt good to be back!

    Yeah I finished my Physioterapist exams in the start of the year and now startet a Msc in sport science and public health :)

  2. started my masters last week, and been bad at updating.

     

    coming back with an easy challenge this time

     

     

    1, hang for 3 minutes pr day

    2. deep squat for 10 minutes pr day

    3. 5 Hs Kick-ups pr day

    4. 3 sets of hamstring stretches pr day

    Well its a mix between fish and then heavy farmer food.

     

    like shrinpcocktails. Or bread with steamed and fried fish and salad and bread.

     

    abd then The heavier Meat typical pork Or beef. With potatoes and gravy.

    If I may, you've got a bit too much endorotation in your shoulder on those KB presses for my comfort (it's injury prone and likely won't help your HS goals). 

    A useful cue that often helps is to try pushing up your elbow instead of the KB.

    I can see you are pushing and straightening. It just comes and goes. I feel this on my left arm every so often. It could be tightness. Have you tried a narrower hand width just to see how it feels? The other thing coming to mind (because I have that problem) is activating not only elevation but also external rotation. When I do rotate, my elbows pits will face a bit more forward and I feel a little bit of protraction / like I'm punched in the chest, ribs will come in. But I have a hard time activating and maintaining that rotation on the left. So my left will rotate in / out , and/or try to bend to get out of it, da little bugger :D

    nerd it a bit more. It might be as simple as a bad habit. Need to solve this mystery
