I had a great experience with the 1st challenge and now I have to ramp up a bit. The purpose of this new challenge will be focused on maintaining consistency in diet and exercise. I have made some great gains over the last few months and now is no time to allow the holidays to destroy my efforts like so many years gone by. I have been moving to more of a slow carb/paleo type diet as well as spreading my meals through the day. As far as mental goes I am currently working on 2 books. "The 4 hour Chef" and "The Business of UN-Awesome." I would like to have one of them fully completed by Christmas. The new addition is to start my journey to becoming multilingual. I have chosen Spanish as my first target Language. Enough Intro... Onto the nut and Bolts Current Stats Level 2 STR 7| DEX 4 | STA 6.5 | CON 4 | WIS 6 | CHA 2 Goals Physical (Improve Speed Agility and Consistency) - Kettle Bells 2x/week (STR +3 DEX+2) - Running, at least 3x/week. Final Challenge Update: Starting Point Level 1 STR 3| DEX 2 | STA 1.5 | CON 4 | WIS 3 | CHA 1 Goals Physical (Improve Speed Agility and Consistency) - Kettle Bells 2x/week (STR +3 DEX+2) Check - Finish 5K under 25min (+3 STA) Check (1 day late but ill take it - Final time 24:49) - Running, at least once a week. (+2 STA) Check - Ab Routine 2x/wk (STR+1 CHA+1) Check Mental - Start AND FINISH 1 book (WIS +3) Check New Stats Level 2 STR 7| DEX 4 | STA 6.5 | CON 4 | WIS 6 | CHA 2 Final Thoughts This was my first challenge and as such I may have been a bit easy on myself. I think I will push a bit harder and expect more of myself in the next challenge. The HUGE win for me this time was making the 5K goal and finishing the book. I am not done here but it was a good starting point for me. I also think I will add some lifestyle aspects (ex:diet) to the next challenge. In the end I am happy with my progress but the journey continues.

Ambitious Goals. Keep consistent and push yourself and I have no doubt that you will hit every one one them.

Update: Still Going Strong. 5K this morning was 25:30. I really think I can get there this weekend. Just have to push a bit harder Also my big win is that I actually finished a book. I had some time and did it. It is a small thing but it was a big step in the right direction for me. Abs and Kettle bells have been consistent. I have not been pushing too hard in those areas because I really want to hit the 5k goal before the next challange starts.
