Goal 1 - This first is is in my expectation is going to be the hardest and probably the most worth it. Removing any sort of unnatural sugar from my diet all together. So no soda, candy or artificial sweeteners of any kind. Since I drink soda quite a bit I'm going set some parameters for this. I will limit my intake the first to weeks and be totally free of it after week 2. As far as others I'll just do that cold turkey. Goal 2 - Workout at least 4 times a week. I have been doing the beginner body weight workout. It has been good so far so I will stick with that. Goal 3 - I want to be able to do a pull up in the future so I need to incorporate that. So I will add 2 pull up exercises to my body weight workout 2 times a week starting with dips and reverse push up. Life goal - Finish 2 home projects. There are lots of projects that have sat unfinished at home. I need to be a finisher so I'm starting there. One project is to finish putting in the custom desk in my office.
