    Ant's Evolution

    Mission:The drought is coming in two months so it's imperative that in a month I must prepare full-time for my evolution. I need to lose all the extra weight , gain muscles , love myself and eat better in order to remove obstructions in the body so I could fly. There's no more time left to gamble... it's now or never. This is the challenge will determine survival. This is the stakes of the little Ant's dream. It will be the ultimate self-challenge of all he has done. Goals: 1. Fit as *@!* Focusing on each segments and focusing on skillwork alternately each time by infusing exercises every day. Energy exercises too will be done everyday. Strength , energy and flexibility is the focus here. 2. Azuzuzuzu Ant's need energy towards food! To be optimal you need the best quality rest. Resting at least 8 hours each day is a must here. 3. Witter I will eat the healthiest foods around for the whole challenge. Quality again. 4. Hobby Practice dancing (to fly heheh jk)... to have fun here. Be water heheh and just move! Life side quest: 1.Relationships Create more meaningful authentic loving relationships with myself and others. Just be myself . Hope to make some friends here too.   2. Food is honestly a hard beast and being a sloth too in terms of moving.., so i feel mutual brother but it is certainly possible. Relax and enjoy ! Good luck

    This day is good... Thank you. I am still in the process of letting go of hate in my spirit so that reference may help and i believe in meditating to listen to the heart which for sure will help in the process. Thanks again.

    A new spirit

    The first says are not that perfect although i continue to learn to let go of hate. I am trying to get off being a sloth though because at certain times i am not doing the best thing as possible and i am not tuned in in the moment. I am trying to fix mostly the physical things such as the diet and exercise which i am currently reestablishing although mental diffuculties arise. I am trying to do my best by centralizing love throughout each moment but I always get the bait of delusional love. Anyways i am trying to disconnect with the internet the next ff weeks in order i could focus more on the establishment of habits and true love. Take care everyone. Thanks. I just simply track by trying to improve each day. I will try though to track using a notebook but i will not do it in the first ff weeks.

    Yes... I will just focus on having discipline by having love for myself since i have been neglecting myself for a lot of time now which is sad since i have been focusing on loving others while forgeting about myself So heres my more specific task 1 responsibility for my foods and not thinking it as a drug or some addictive substance. Probably using it as a tool in this game. 2 some simple exercises which will push me through esp. Bodyweight workouts and becoming stronger and flexible in this short while 3 slowing down and being more realistically positive and letting it go of what will happen 4 love myself by making great choices Thanks.     1 clean chemistry - diet and nature 2 refreshed mind - exercise and sleep 3 healthier thoughts - yoga and meditation in order to understand myself 4 love - not giving in to negativity and temptations and by the power of doing Ill prob update when i go on nerd again
  11. I enjoyed the past few days... with the world. Although I haven't really began on my dietary journey due to eating some bread,peanuts,sweet... I'll try to start over tomorrow. On the fitness I think I'm sucking it hahah because I actually never worked out but I love playing at the bar. Tune in because the next few days will be probably awesome even though I might fail but I won't.
  12. Day 1 isn't really amazing but it's fine. I need to venture more around. REST DAY atm. LESSON *Have some adventures to avoid negative energy *Ambitious mindset first Playing under the sun tomorrow! I'm going to explore the city or hopefully get a green lung at the park!
  13. great goals! I like the logging thing and will try that one esp scanning on all your works hahah after a long time. I like the run too , it seems really fun and exciting with the nonstop adrenaline and pumping xD. Guitar is pretty cool-I wish too learn it when I get one sometime. Good luck and have fun !

  15. Ok tomorrows the day.... I'm chilling xD. Going to actually level up my life with the help of this challenge! All past is given up and all future is broken down and a real moment sprouts. ~Ant DO IT FTW FOR ME and to ALL.   19. This is my challenge number one (for real) where I will focus my eye on the game! and it's a H0T Challenge. A 35 degree Summer heat , melting my skin to the bones and me hungry for the blazing challenge up ahead. This is going to be a fun one. A background: I found out nerdfitness back then while I was trying to learn push-ups during the time I've decided that I want to be fitter and healthier... I actually pursued runnin first but I went on to step up with strength training. And after ten months I've got to say that I've grown a lot... from level zero to my level one which is the starting point now. I'm still a noob and I am still growing to be stronger , fitter and healthier. LET'S GO TO LEVEL TWO POINT O Ant version. I'm going to powerlevel-up this challenge (x2 of my level) and step it up a notch. STARTING POINT Max Push-ups: 10 Max Chin-ups: 2 Sleeping Hours: 12 am to 10 am Diet: Currently contains wheat/dairy/sugars although minimal Activity: Below active DA MISSION 1.Pack on Some Muscle (Building the Body) More strength more muscle.. I'm going to push through. Make it a TOP Priority. Because having more muscle means I could probably do a lot of more things such as pursuing some passion which requires endurance/strength or physical capabilities. Out of the 43 days I must workout at least 18-20 times. I'm going to grade myself by this. ( )Number of workouts- Out of 18* ( )Max Push-ups- Must be at least 18 ( )Max Chin-ups-Must be at least 5 ( )Max Plank time- Must be at least 2 minutes and 30 sec. ( )Max BW Squat in a Set (form check too)- Must be at least 50 If I have achieved all I will get an A... if four then B.. if three then C... if two then D ... if one or none then failed 2.Stretch , Breathe and be Free (Building the Mind) I'm going to pursue and practice YOGA. I will practice YOGA for at least five days a week. This will also mean that I will stretch after workout since I forget this. I will also be more active and I will avoid watching useless TV shows and visiting useless sites. This will build my mind to be more free of the stress and useless things that will waste energy. ( )Pratice Yoga for four days a week* ( )Be more active by avoiding TV/crappy videos and unnecessary surfing ( )Stretch after all workouts* I will only have two things here A and a F... 3.What Enters. What forms me. (Aiding and Building the Body and Mind) ( )Avoid all Paleo toxic foods (wheat,dairy,legumes,refined sugar)* ( )Eat natural* more veggies too to emphasize A and F decision 4.Live Life More (Lifting the Soul) I still have no definite goal here. To be edited soon. But this means I want to experience more and try to explore more this world outside my house this summer break. *- I have to record this goal END POINT: (ideal ones- who knows?) Max Push-ups: 22 Max Chin-ups: 8 Sleeping Hours:8-9 pm to 4-5 am Diet : NO DIET BUT A HEALTHY ONE Activity:Mega active CRAZY LIKE MONKEYS END POINT: (real one) Max Push-ups Max Chin-ups Sleeping Hours Diet : Activity: Let this be a HOT challenge to the two point O...   21. Hey hiraedd thanks for checking.... I've been doing good although it's not nearly perfect and i was great wiTh that. All the experiences i have had turned me into a better person throughoutthe challenge ..duration.. Ill definitely try next challenge and i,d try to be more focused.but for now i am imrproving:)!!!
  22. March 2 - March 8 Haven't tracked yet Diet Transitioning greatly... still gets to cheat about once a day but the change is tremendous plus I've lost my aches and colds that lived for long! Might be going to be pure some other time when I feel like going on! Movement Haven't been squatting but my new change was... I'm walking from school to home everyday. It's about 1.5 something to 3 kilometers idk but it's far but really it's fun smiling to strangers or just walking to relieve stress. Walking gives me a sweat plus I get a sunlight bonus! I might start dancing or do yoga and practice my handstands but atm I'm experiencing some pain in the wrist doing knuckle push-ups. Workout Started doing chin-ups and push-ups. I think I've gained some strength and muscle. I'm still hoping to aim some 20 push-ups by the end of the challenge. I'm practicing the chest on the floor one which I could do about 5-10. Chin-ups is getting easier day by day... almost getting to two but atm still one. Sleep I sleep now from 10-11:30 but I think this could be improved upon on! Well that's it for now !
  23. Day 5 STRESS OVER! Diet 2/5 Movement 5/5 Workout 0/0 Sleep 11:30-5:00 Well heck.. exams are over. Many requirements are passed (easy ones are left). I could have a nice big rest xD! Haven't ate clean but that's fine. I make mistakes! Phew but I've really learned my lesson from eating unclean foods. Wheat + Dairy + Sugar + Peanuts = Colds and allergies ... If I quitted this my colds are gone but if I quitted this foods then I'm more light. I also get pain at my tummy when I eat a lot of bread. Tomorrow I'll begin again on the eating... perfect style ! SOFA here I come. No computer for the whole weekend but I assure you (hoping) that I'll have a nice day on the weekend by Monday

I was traumatized temporarily due to the pain but it weared off so yeah but today I've had another accident washing the sharp part of the knife and again a bit painful but yeah it's gone easily. I need to really be careful with knives lol! Day 4- Exams Day 2 out of 3 Diet 2/4 Movement 4/4 Workout 0/0 Sleep 12-6 am Did some clapping push-ups inclined for movement. There are so many tasks to do so back to work!!! Hopefully I'll sleep 11-11:30 this day. I fasted a bit and ate during lunch and yeah I ate clean alright up to this time! Colds came back due to horrible diet from the previous days which gives me less in my uhh communitcating social life. Bye!
